What are the international delivery times?

The average delays observed are:

Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Europe: 4 to 10 working days after dispatch.

International: (Outside Europe - Middle East, Canada, United States, French Overseas Departments and Territories, etc.): 7 to 16 working days depending on the carriers and the country of destination.

Can I return an item?

Yes, a return is possible within 14 days of receipt, if:

  • unwashed
  • intact labels
